Stone and Story

Bulmer is a small village less than twelve miles north-east of the historic city of York. The medieval linear settlement developed around St Martin's Church, parts of which date to the eleventh century.

This website forms part of the 2026 restoration and engagement project to protect, explore, and share the story of the place and its people.
